Link Skill System

There's no good reason to not having link skills affect every character on the account. Just limit it to 12 active at once.

I can already hear the "but waaa, it's over powad@@@@" coming. No it isn't, pineapple you theoretical people who were going to post that.

How is that OP? It's just convenient.
There's a 1 time per day limit when assuming link skills, but other than that, you can give it to any char.
