I don't see what's so crazy about making a minor tweak to the existing UI. Keep all the current restrictions, except allow any character to switch any skill.
That's the biggest annoyance to me!
I'd be mostly alright with having to manual go from character to character, but MAN does it suck when the game tells you that you're already logged in, just cause it couldn't keep up with your switching o.e''
If they ever do add the ability to switch around links skills with ease, that would be fantastic <3
That, or it would be nice if you could log out of the game and be sent straight to your character select screen, instead of being logged out of the server entirely.
At that point, the game shouldn't even have to re-ask for you to type your PIC in, since it should know that it's still you who's logging back in.
But yeah, the link skill system could really use an improvement here or there.
