+10% EXP... barring spirit pendant and stuff because idk how they stack, that's like killing 11 mobs with a 10-mob skill, or killing 1 more mob in the time it takes for you to kill 10 mobs. 10% looks miniscule, sure, but telescope it and it becomes so significant. It is the most, most ultimate DPS-equivalent increasing bonus on its own compared with everything else in your control (I say that because the spawn tick change from 10 seconds to 4 seconds is not within your control, even though it theoretically increases EXP gain rate by 150% if you kill everything in sight in 4 seconds).

I need 0. ASAP. Preferably not behind a period.

Going off this, Zero's level 200 character card effect and Mercedes level 2 link skill together is 25% bonus exp. That cuts training time on mobs by a quarter, which is.. badass.

I don't usually get characters to level 200. Very tempted to do so for Zero though.
