When we look back at the Tales series, there is an abundant amount of stories. We wanted to create a strong and rich story for this title in particular.

I want to explore all the historic ruins of the world.
A character who thinks about what he wants to do, and what he should do in this world. With that passion, he goes on an adventure. After meeting a girl, what type of adventure will it be?

I want to see it. A ?-less home town!
(The images I see of her quote are all too low quality to find that missing kanji. Good guesses would be something she doesn't want or something she's missing)
She is a knight. But why did she become a knight? What are her passions? And what is her relation with Slay?
World:
Greenwood Continent
The world will have many different environments, ranging from hot to cold, etc.
Locations:
Two important areas mentioned thus far:
Highland Kingdom ハイランド王国, didn't catch any details about it.
Lowlance (?) Empire ローランス帝国, known for its military strength. Revolves around its church (?).
Both are competing for control over the Greenwood continent.
Important part of the story:
Sky Tribe (天族 - Can't be seen or touched by regular people. They are the cause of several natural phenomenon in the world. For example, the large rock ruins from the past. Slay's adventure leads him towards learning what they are.
One of the newest highlights is in the field.

This field experience will be different from any Tales series so far, with a stronger RPG immersion.
The terrain will be realistic and detailed, including things such as gradual change in elevation, i.e. being able to climb a hill to reach a clearing at the top.
LMBS:
The battle system of Tales is one of its most defining features. We've put a lot of effort and enthusiasm in creating this one. After reviewing the systems that you've all enjoyed the most, we've also added some new details. It'll have new features to it and be very exciting. We're not ready to announce anything quite yet, but stay tuned. I hope you're all as excited as I am.
(There was no real info provided about the battle system. In the teaser trailer, you can see Slay fight a bit. There was no HUD, and it showed him around-stepping (Graces/Xillia 2 style) around an attack, following up with what appears to be a Sonic Thrust and Dragon Swarm. There is also a cut of what appears to be his Mystic Arte)

Dragons haven't really appeared much in the Tales series. Dragons are pretty staple in RPG in general though. This time, if you look at the new logo, the Dragon plays an important role. But what role is it? Something that threatens the world, or is it an ally in your journey?
Animation:
Tales series have both animation, as well as 3D interactions in them, and these are important to the series. The animation studio for this series, will again be ufotable, who animated for both Xillia titles.

Here's an "HD" rip of the stream of a video of a projection, since they haven't uploaded the official trailer yet.
The video mostly repeats the Monk's Lore, panning across several areas of the world in Zestiria. It also has a cut of Slay and Alisha.
Slay: "As I thought! It's a mural of the Holy Sword using "Monk"!"
Alisha: "Are you... not going to ask for my name?"
The official website states that the first PV, which is what they showed at the announcement presentation, will be released on their site at 12/21 and shown at Jump Festa 2014 on the 21st and 22nd
