In KMS, we got a total of 500(If I remember) Red Coins for finishing all chapters of Zero's story quests.
As far as leveling goes, it's still pretty fast. I think I was getting ~1.5-2%(?) per instance cleared at 179. For the most part, it's an offset of story quest 1 level then grind the next, & repeat. Story quests generally give about a whole level's worth of EXP.
