[UPDATE] Some players also experienced a price change bug from November 27 to December 5. Those affected by this change will receive their compensation during this week's scheduled maintenance on Thursday, December 12th.


Dear Players,

Regarding the recent changes in Pon prices, we're happy to officially announce that all accounts affected by this change have been fully reimbursed for the difference in Pon spent during the price change period.


What does this mean?

• All users who spent extra Pon between November 14th and November 27th (specifically on Hair Color and Hair Styles), will be receiving a refund equal to the extra Pon spent.
  • Example: If Sabina spent 5 Pon to dye her hair, then the hair dyeing price was changed to 3 Pon, she will receive a refund of 2 Pon.
