but what i meant to say is, it's ok that on their test server it can accept the packets without any questions, but why on the live server, when the server need to check if the packet came from the client, to make sure it's not generated by other program, it doesn't ask any question about it?
why there is no check that the packet is "real"?
I'm not an expert on packet editing, but I got the feeling you're aren't either.
Nexon can't predict what kind of packet could become an exploit(I think)
