You should actually try using their live chat.
They're usually up on Wednesdays & Thursdays doing ban appeals.
However, they're pretty inconsistent with it. They usually unban anyone who uses it though.

Will try that (question: Where is that live chat? In the main site?), but still gonna give my new ID a spin. Windia, perhaps? Or maybe one of the new servers for a fresh start.
