It's actually possible to have all skills maxed, however, if you use the Leafre codex set (or another other +1 skill level ability) and distribute SP more evenly.

For 1v1, Meso Explosion just once, provided there's enough coins lying on the ground, gives five killing points immediately so Carnival Edge still has a slight advantage on coin buliding there.
