17 million per skill may be chump change for some of you, but it's a steep price for someone like me who only has 50 million meso. (And so far, only has one skill at 30 thanks to someone dropping a 30 Mastery book, and one at 20.)
So might I be able to try my hand at farming for them like in the old days? Or are the NPCs the only way to get them now?
