I believe the free ticket event has ended so you can't farm the tickets no more.
EDIT: Bleh I have bad reading comprehension. I think it's possible to do that since Tempest and such, but to simply create a character and then that character has to get to the storage is still time-consuming. My mind's a bit foggy but I remember when people got their accounts banned by recreating the same character with the same names, is that true?
