New JMS stuff?

OK, confirmed from the first RED update of GMS. The new Zero skill shown at the offline event is indeed a new skill.

Name: Hurricane Wind
Description: The two Zero combine their powers to create a huge hurricane. They move around in the hurricane form, drawing in enemies while dealing damage. The damage increases over time.

So, it's an entirely new skill, no reskin? Surely, they're not going to leave it at that.
