The video maker panders to the audience he is mocking. Go through the other videos he has featured in the past. Erotic females perpetuate all his videos as well as the desperate gaming nerd trope he's portrayed in this video and 'Female Gamers.' I believe that the video host is the desperate male gamer featured in his cartoonish videos. The pervasiveness of the thing makes me seriously doubt that it's an expression of sarcasm and to some extent is a reflection of himself. Based on the nature of his videos being unsavory I think that his personality is likely one that is open to debasement without any concern for change or personal correction. The fact that he paints and presents it to the public indicates that he thinks that such behavior is more or less status quo therefore accepting such behavior for 'what is to be accepted' rather than 'what should be corrected.'

Don't know if it changes anything but rather than just being one guy is a couple or artists(a male and a female) so I guess in part some of the erotic females are a parody towards how women are usually shown in games(and I bet another part is trying to get guys to watch them 'cuz boobies).
