Fairy Tail Thread (Spoilers)

Neh, Jackal was basically out of magic to the point where he couldn't even move. The explosion was probably weaker than all the ones before.

If he had left it between chapters to show happy surviving, then yeah, I'd be annoyed too, but it was like half a page so whatever.

edit: And happy has shown that he can survive through relatively strong magic on the same level as the rest of the regular fairy tail members when they all attacked laxus lightning lacrima way back when he was using them to try and destroy the town.

Since a single explosion wasn't able to take out Wendy Natsu or Lucy, it's probably fine that happy survived one too.

But then why would he expect the suicide to take down the whole town? Yeah sure the outskirts probably would have been fine in that situation but happy was still in the exact center of the whole thing. Plus this is apparently different from magic so happy shouldn't have enough experience with that to be able to survive. He should at least be on fire or something since that wouldn't have happened to natsu for obvious reasons. I dunno man it's all pretty shaky, and i don't usually doubt the fairy tail logic.

I think the way he was talking makes it seem he won't come back. He wouldn't have said all that stuff as if it had any sort of weight if he knew he would just be revived. Either way FT is making a pretty heavy dent in their forces without very much effort.
