I don't know why people are disappointed by this update already. Let's be honest, all of us felt bad when Luminous appeared and we didn't get a Pirate Legend, don't get me wrong Luminous is awesome but now we got our pirate that I bet no one was expecting. The Mileague shop looks awesome, also that all maps have party play zone now.
We still don't know what we could get from this update beside Eunwol and the Mileague shop. Because to be honest most things are very vague, like for example the Rune system, the rewards from the Elite mobs/bosses and the new type of dungeon.
