Yup, the two new cubes replace all the other existing ones* (aside from Occult cubes, and the Carved Slot ones)
[MENTION=7974]ChronosXIII[/MENTION]; & [MENTION=1747]Grey[/MENTION]; I'm not sure if they were advertised as such or not, but I've heard from people that play kMS that the rates of getting primary/secondary lines of STR/DEX/INT/LUK are higher, and the chance of getting two of the same line is also higher. I'm not sure if they can add a 3rd line of potential to a legendary item though.
They're significantly better than any cubes we currently have, and cost (basically) the same as the current ones too, so it's a great change all around.
*NX ones, I mean, there are still the ones you can craft with Blacksmithing or whatever
