It's not really about gaining strength I want to get rid of what gut I have and same for my chest. Any other gain is just a bonus. I got 1 month free at the gym so I really want to take advantage of that. But I would like to have some kind of routine, like upper body 1 day, lower the next, chest/shoulders etcetc. Also I'm not really familiar with what names do what lol but I am looking them up.
