It's a shame they were never obtainable legitimately, they seem like they'd be extremely useful. It appears to wipe the potential from the first item completely though.

That's fascinating, and pretty depressing that Nexon didn't release them (probably because it would hurt their profits)

Interesting, since it mentions you need to have 100% exp on equipment (?) i'm wondering if these equips don't level up as normal, and instead stay at 100% exp until you use this scroll.
