The set's Korean name is 스윙워터 세트 (Swing Water Set?) and there's a white list of items you can transfer stats to (like through this "upgrading" system), which includes all the armor pieces, all the accessories (including a ring that doesn't currently exist), and all the weapons including IDs for a Fan and Katana, even though CMS doesn't have Kanna and Hayato.
There are three variables, NPC Cost, which is 10, and NPC Prop, which is 3, and a prop attached to a certain use item which is set to 50. The item is some kind of purple anvil. Here's the name and description:

There are special scrolls for them. All Stats +5 for the accessories, ATK/MATK +7 (both) for the weapons, and All Stats +7 and HP/MP +100 for the armor. Unfortunately, they're 70% success with 30% boom on failure. Here's hoping GMS pulls a Gollux scroll and brings over exclusively non booming versions.
