I was wrong about the Inverse Codex, it's also "level" vs "sealed". So, the only item that's ever been "sealed" was the Timeless Pendant, and that was scrapped and now it's "level" like everything else.

Also, it's kinda weird that the Katara also gains 30% Boss and 10% Ignore DEF, the fact that it gains less attack than the other weapons shows that they clearly thought about it, but still gave it 10% Ignore DEF and 30% Boss Damage anyway.

No other Kataras have had inherent stats (if it even counts as inherent? since these items level up.. but still, you get my point) like that, the Terminus and Fafnir both lost the 10% Ignore DEF and 30% boss (and rightly so), it seems odd that they'd keep those stats on this set.
