I am not sure why everyone wants to go out and upgrade their well-scrolled/well-cubed equipment already. Does Nexon's business model really work this effectively? First you complain about there being too much Pay2Win, then you want to pay more. Sigh.
I am not even so sure why everyone expects this new set to outclass older sets. Does the level required trick you into thinking it should be better? Consider Alien PQ equipment first or the Sengoku set. Maybe this exists as an option, like the others.
That mini-rant aside, collectively, I don't think the set as currently constituted will beat out the combination of Fafnir/CRA + Gollux + Tyrants. A three-set Face Accessory, Eye Accessory and Shoulder might be worth it...until the three-set becomes two-set if the Inverse (Kritias) Set with its Shoulder is introduced, too much Boss Damage to contend with. Nonetheless, I would very much like this set on mules but the RED set might be easier to collect.
I don't like how Dawnveil is being assembled, I realize that the Ossryia is also constructed as a hodgepodge of random-terrain puzzle-pieces with no gradual shift between territories, but I thought that there might be an overarching theme or story behind Dawnveil, I guess not. Scary forest, okay! Let's throw a Venetian town right next to it, and next to that, hmm...how about an arctic wonderland!
Meh...maybe I am expecting too much now.
