Lots of people refrained from buying them on the only day of the event because of the bugs. It would suck to have them fix RLH after the time frame of the discount without that being reconciled. Heck, lots of people probably went out and bought NX for the passes in and of themselves.
If he hasn't addressed that to you, would you be so kind as to relay the query and bounce it off of us thereafter?
The worst thing to have happen is not having a layer of certainty in that answer, having a dilemma about whether or not to spend the NX while the discounts are still active, and opt out of them only to find it's too late to buy anything including the tickets.
What a mess, haha.
