Remember that these banned characters, even if not random-named, are still mostly botting mules. Maybe created by an actual person at a keyboard rather than an automatic script generating gibberish names, but still, the person made dozens of these disposable accounts to farm whatever with. Why would they think up more imaginative names than "Juni___"?
