5th job won't be released in this "You & I" update. Why? Because first of all, it's indeed a huge undertaking. They want to get the best out of 2D. Secondly, Nexon said they were aiming for 5th job being available to all the classes in one patch. And finally, 5th job would have to be released in the test server first and stay there for a couple of months, maybe. There will definitely be balancing issues once 5th job comes out in the test server and they need to iron them out.
The last chapter of Damien's backstory was published yesterday. There is little info on Damien ingame. They could expand his story with this update and also release Damien as a boss monster.

The left photo shows a ladybug. I've never seen this monster before.
The Lv. 100 from scratch was a new concept and the character class is a one-of-a-time deal (AFAIK). Why wouldn't it have 5th job? The level cap was raised to 250, remember? 200 till 250 with no new skills? That's boring.

Now, what I guess is that they are tweaking NW and BW considering 5th job included. And if that's the case, I'd have to guess they'll be reworking hyper skills too.
