Nope, should be on the list even if they're just 'investigating', same as they did with the Xenon/Kaiser level 3 link skills issue.

Could end up like Blossom Barrier. Not a peep for months despite detailed specific bug reporting from multiple sources, then suddenly out of the blue a notice saying they're fixing it. In that case they didn't actually fix it when they said they would for whatever reason, but they revealed that they knew about it despite the distinct lack of any previous notice. That still isn't on the list even now.
