that's not really the "harm" i meant...
but even without drinking car accidents can still happen.
Car accident happen because of the driver's carelessness, the method to carelessness can be alcohol or anything else.
anyways you can't drive until you reach 16 anyways.
If the amount of car accident increases among younger ppl, they should increase the driving age, not the drinking age....
