Discussion has already started in the Update Notes thread, but I believe this deserves its own thread for collecting information, since it's quite different from Red Leaf High.
For me at level 205:
First room gave 459991 exp.
Second room gave twice that, third room 3 times, fourth 4 times, etc. The total for a run is 240 times that first room exp, which adds up to 2.01%
I believe at least some of them have %HP attacks.
A Hero friend said the Dual Blade hit him for 24k. Doesn't sound fair if it's a flat amount.
