After seeing some really great results in the mirror (shoulders are wider - now have that nice curve between shoulders/triceps) and seeing the better and better results from strength training, I'm deciding to increase my time at the gym starting next week. I want to start cardio and a 4-5 day split rather than a 3 day general workout. My noob gains are dyin' on me squirtle.
