Yup terrorblade is an unreleased hero from WC3 dota.
He's essentially broken as pineapple or weak as pineapple, can't remember him ever being anything inbetween haha.

Also something fun: All Ember spirits voice lines are 4 words long, the rival and ally lines are technically longer than 4 words if you count Ember spirit mentioning their name like: "XXXX YYYY ZZZZ WWW, -insert hero name-."
But otherwise they're all 4 words long.
