I'd help, but I don't have any Rotom in a luxury ball. I guess you can try waiting until Tuesday, and I'll help catch you one if you haven't done it for yourself already.

I was also thinking about remaking my Rotom, but it feels like it's going to be a real pain making one whose hidden power is ice o-o.
It has 31 IVs into sp att, sp. def, and speed, but other stats are pretty random/low ish. I'm not sure on how the IVs determine hidden power's type.

There's usually a hidden power calculator, but that may have changed in this gen. There's always the hidden power checker guy though. He's in the building where you get the tm i think.
