Here's the gist of what I do:

I alternate days M/W/F and do HIIT (sprints) on T/Th/S
Also, wow on that squat, Ben. That's really impressive, man. Congrats.
The only exercises I don't alternate are deads and squats.
A:
Deadlift, pull ups/Chin ups , 2 types of high ROM rows, face pulls/Bent over lateral raises/reverse flies, 2 types of curls..
B: db/bb bench press, db/bb Incline press, machine/db/cable flies, dips/trap bar French press/rope push downs, Ez French press/OH straight bar push down, UH push down, db/bb military press(with db I can also do pronated grip), db/bb/plate/cable front raises and db/plate/cable lateral raises.
C: squats, leg curls/still legged deadlift, leg extentions/leg press, weighted cable crunches/million other ab exercises, db/bb shrugs.
This looks confusing, I know. I'm on my phone, and I used a bad way of explaining my split.
I do ABCABxx CABCABx and so on.
