Freud outfit though, did KMS ever release that? Does it have an effect like the Evan package? It looks almost exactly the same as the Evan one, but I think I prefer Freud's Robe than to Evan's suit.
Nope. KMS never got the Freud costume/outfit.
It doesn't have an effect, but you look exactly like the NPC from Evan's storyline, face and everything! (it works great with androids, I will say this myself.)
