it is approx 1400kcal, and a boatload of carbs.
I estimate ~52g protein from the whey, 35g protein from the milk and a little from the banana.
100g carbs from the maltodextrin, 40g carbs form the milk, 10g carbs from the honey, ~8g from the whey, and like 30g from the banana.
no idea about fat.
Honey sounds like a good idea for me. I killed two jars of fruit preserves only last week, but honey might be cheaper? I dunno. I've resorted to making bulking oatmeal instead of bulking shakes just so I don't have to buy a blender.
On another note, I just decided that I am going to deadlift 500 and squat 405+ by the end of my bulk (which I'm thinking of slowing down, I dunno though. I don't want to get monster fat). It's just going to happen.
