I was also sad today. I attempted a 215 lb deadlift. I was able to do it twice but I didn't have the grip strength to do the rest of the reps. I found that the bar was rolling backward into my thumbs or my fingers weren't strong enough to do the other reps but my body was definitely able to do more. I tried using a mixed grip and that helped somewhat, but my grip strength is still an issue.
What do you guys recommend for this?
