Yes, you're going to experience difficulty in the jungle if you don't go into defense, season one jungle was worse. Also, if you're in utility you're probably noticing Wanderer turning off because you were in combat.
Yeah, I understand that about the Wight camp. That's why I don't think I'll really ever touch it. I'm one of those junglers that won't worry about ganking unless the opponent is past the halfway point in the lane.
The Wanderer thing isn't like that. The instant I buy boots and leave the base, I only have 411 speed.

I'm starting to feel like the Utility tree just isn't worth it at this point but I feel like its so vital to having a successful early game against competent laners. Overall it will probably just take adapting to the changes/clear time as well as getting used to the new tools in each tree.
Agreed. However, I tested out AD, Defense, and Utility masteries on PBE and I don't feel much of a difference between any of them. I still barely survived any of the camps as I was clearing my first time through. The only difference that I really noticed was that Defensive was way slower than Offensive and Utility trees, with Offensive and Utility being pretty much tied. The only time I didn't have a tough time on my first time through the jungle was when I went Tiger in the jungle, starting with a Doran's Blade and using Life Steal Quintessences. Granted, I've never had leash in PBE, but in the Season 3 jungle, I had way less issues doing leashless blue.
