no gym for me this weekend due to funeral plannings for my cousin
my garage is pomegranate though, all there is a bench press.
Completed 140lbs x 15.
Calculated max is 205 pounds... please go up bench press max please, i wish i had my noob gains back.
[MENTION=577]chrome[/MENTION] nice squatting tho, i wish i had some good built up legs, but my squat only goes up to 275 pounds (max 1 rep)
when i hit the gym next week i am sure i will get much better.
