Not knowing anything about this particular case, I'll leave this here:
I support many of the things Anon does but really the group is full of ideological contradictions. Probably simply because anyone with any ideology can join "anonymous" and claim w/e they're against is what anon is against. And that whole "anyone can join us" thing maybe really is what makes the group hard to take seriously, and the flamboyant "We are a legion." thing is childish if anything. It's like 'Anonymous' is really just a dumb trademark for hackers to use.
Heck, even their symbol makes no sense. Anonymous has repeatedly done attacks against the corruption in Catholic church but Guy Fawkes himself was a Roman Catholic terrorist trying to assasinate the Protestant king of England. One could mistake Anon as a radical Catholic terrorist group. Oh the irony...
