That's 16 ounches of USDA beef on a 500 degree plate, the juices still sizzling. Each tender bite was so soft it was like taking small nips of a baby's ass. The fat was fried on each end, adding a flavorful kick in the mouth at the beginning and at the end. Best steak I ever had in my life and is now my new "special occasion" restaurant.
I went there last week, and ate the same thing.
Really good place.
