making bosses better, how could it be done?

Of course it's not only the unfunded that need to, depending on the boss of course. The funded are probably well off enough to solo in a reasonable time, again, depending on the boss, and how funded they actually are. I usually only see super funded people in KMS team up for the drops, since each person actually gets their own set of drops, compared to GMS (makes me wonder if they will ever implement it).
