I've said this repeatedly and going to say it again because people with this mindset are at a terrible disadvantage and this has wider implications than a stupid game; A disclaimer of liability does not in fact magically remove liability. It's little more than a way of discouraging people from trying. All it really says is "we don't want to be liable for anything and we're going to maintain that we're not until you can prove otherwise so go away".

"We don't admit to liability" is not the same thing as actually not having any liability. Actual liability is always a matter for proper legal representation to determine and should never be taken at face value in a circumstance where it actually matters.
