Need I remind you of the SleepyWood Zak schedule? Very little people were able to Zak / HT unless you had a good amount of connections with people, otherwise you had no chance in hell of even trying.
What changed that? Nexon nerfing Zak, HT, and introducing bigger bosses (CZAK, CHT, etc) with better drops? Zak has been nerfed multiple times over its lifespan.

Wow I had no idea that mini-dungeons never existed ever.

Newtie and Skele Mini-dungeons were never a thing until a great while after Leafre / 4th job was already out. During the time / patch period people are suggesting, they didn't exist.
