22/25 Dittos/Noibat I caught in the Friend Safari have 31 Attack. What is this sorcery.

Also, am I the only one who names breeding Pokémon after the IVs they have that are 31?

I use the marking system if I intend to use it to breed. From left-right I mark which IVs are perfect, so a perfect HP/Speed IV Pokemon would have the first and last markings chosen.
