Cygnus buffs

So since my main is 130 my Cygnus' buff would be lvl 13, whereas if my cygnus was 120 my mains would be level 12(max)?

And I assume its 1 attk per skill level, as far as physical attack goes, yes?


And its active? that kind of sucks, its strictly a single person buff, yes?( no party?)

yeah i'm pretty sure its 1atk per skill level, except for matk

i'm pretty sure it's a non-party buff
