Things about Mega Kangaskhan and it's ability:
Power Up Punch and moves like it that do damage and then increase your stats will increase your stats twice, once for each attack. So using Power Up Punch once raises your Attack by 2 stages.
The 2 hits from the ability can crit separately. I used one attack (can't remember which) that critted on the initial attack, but not on the follow up, later I used Earthquake, and both hits critted.
