Weight gain: -1 pound
I know it's too soon to judge whether or not I'm actually gaining weight, but I just find it amusing that I can eat 3700 calories as a 164 pound man and feel absolutely fine the next morning. I might just bulk at 3k and see if I get fat. At least that will give me an excuse for doing ridiculously high volume on upper body days.
