the "ticket" doesnt play any role in the APQ script. in fact, i dont know why did they bother adding it. basically, the next time you talk to the npc after making a ticket, he will give you the "do you want to enter" script instead of the "do you want to make a ticket". they couldve just removed the ticket from the game, and thats it.
