This is just speculation, but the old CWK in the Dawnveil map is the one the demons are trapped in, the CWK theme dungeon. It leads directly to the Tynerum camp area where the demons reside after you free them. The Phantom CWK is probably where you arrive when you go through the Shadow Veil Forest, I believe it's where Hilla is performing a ritual to summon (?) Gollux. I believe the names have been changed in order to remove any traces of or connection to the GMS version of Masteria, basically distinguishing GMS Masteria from the land of the Demons, I would think the quest line, and even the name of the castles will be changed during this patch.
TMS has already gotten this patch, in which Dawnveil is called Masteria, and Shadow Veil Forest is referred to as Phantom Forest. They recieved 21 new quests following the CWK theme dungeon, up to, but not including, Gollux.
On another note, the area Gollux in would be just a bit southwest of where Kritias would be next to Minar Forest, based on its location in the Dawnveil Map and Dawnveil's location in the world map, though I can't imagine that KMS wouldn't get Dawnveil/Masteria and GMS wouldn't get Kritias.
