Why is Southperry fabulous today?

What's sad is this is year 3 of it doing this and you've just noticed? :f6:

Who said that I just noticed? I'm certain that I realized some other year. But what I'm finding is that working kills my short term memory. I suppose my long term memory too. I only vaguely remember it being fabulous in years prior. I probably don't notice it because being fabulous doesn't really apply to me? I tend to notice the fabulous in other people when I see it, but otherwise that inner fabulosity just doesn't ring.
