Every fairy showed thus far doesn't have the stats to go into ubers, the only ones that might make it in is Xerneas and Mega Gardevoir.

Here's some common sense added into your perspective.

UBERS, DOMINATED BY >DRAGONS, people used to respond with STEEL types, which led to FIRE ATTACKS. Fairy is weak against STEEL and POISON. On that list I showed you, how many REALISTIC attacks are POISON and STEEL. Cleafable maybe put into ubers because of her Magic guard/type advantage.
