I'm not sure how it works, but on my Priest, I made an apq ticket then drop it for my Drk. Later I came back to meet Amos he asked: "Do you have your ticket with you", which means he recorded that my cleric made a ticket earlier.
=> He can also record that my Drk hasn't made one.
